Since most deliveries are placed directly in your mailbox, we cannot accept date or time requests.
However, if you order 4 or more items, we will ship via Yu-Pack or Yamato Transport, allowing you to specify a delivery date and time.
Please indicate your preferred date and time in the remarks section when placing your order.
- QRegarding delivery slips and receipts

We do not include a delivery note with your order. If you need a delivery note, please indicate. “Delivery note request” in the remarks section when placing your order We do not issue receipts.

- QWhat kind of chews can I use?

Stick chews with a diameter of approximately 1 to 17 mm can be used.
Any chews that fits through the hole in the CAP can be used (17 mm hole diameter for soft CAP, 18 mm for hard CAP) Depending on the thickness of the chew, you can choose from the 3 sizes of CHUCK included: ・CHUCK S (for thin chews of 1-8mm in diameter) ・CHUCK M (for chews of 5-13mm in diameter) ・CHUCK L (for thick chews of 9-17mm in diameter) To prevent the chews from falling out, the CAP is screwed on and held in place by the CHUCK’s claws If the chews are too soft, they will tear off when the screw is tightened, so chews that are relatively firm are suitable for use.
- QWhich breeds and weights of dogs can use asobone? Can medium and large dogs use it?

There are no specific breed or weight guidelines for asobone .
As long as you take precautions against disassembly, damage, and accidental ingestion, even larger dogs can use it without issue If you notice your dog chewing on or disassembling asobone, please do not leave it with them and be sure to take it away While the risk of damage or ingestion exists for any dog, larger dogs tend to have bigger mouths and stronger jaws, so please supervise them more closely.
